“Bayesian Optimisation of Polymer Electrolytes for Lithium-ion Batteries with High-Throughput Molecular Dynamics Simulations“
A share of the prize goes to Antonia Kuhn for her work on a novel high-throughput approach that leverages artificial intelligence to guide the smart discovery of polymer electrolyte material discovery. For this purpose, by combining materials science and computer science, she developed a novel open-source software pipeline that can drive innovation in electrolyte discovery. Antonia Kuhn had carried out her work at MIT under the supervision of Prof. Gomez-Bombarelli.
